How to convey comments, concerns or compliments?
If you are worried about any part of your treatment or care, you can let us know in several ways:
- Talk to a staff member right away
- Ask to speak to the Nurse Manager, Quality & Risk Manager, or the Director of Nursing
- Call us from home or write us a letter with your concerns
- We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 7 days and will investigate your concerns, take appropriate action, and respond within 14 days.
